  • Managing Director

    Sumeet specializes in organizational goal setting and strategic leadership to guide our organization to achieve the highest level of excellence and business performance. Steeped in his front-line experience he uses a structured approach to building and creating successful programs in the rapidly evolving health care industry. 

     He attended the University of Alberta and has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.), Operations Management degree. He has held leadership roles with CareRx, Western Canada, Business Development, Pharmacare Pharmacy, CarePlus Pharmacy and Trucare.

    He loves racket sports (understatement) and fitness is a focus for him every day.

  • VP, Communication and Organizational Leadership

    Cathy received the 2023 Province of Alberta, Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services, Individual Award for her lifetime service to seniors. This elite level accomplishment was awarded to her to recognize her passionate volunteer work for vulnerable people in the province of Alberta.

    Over the last 30+ years, Cathy has successfully been creating positive and rewarding experiences within the senior housing and health care sector. She has held senior level leadership roles in the pharmacy sector, with Pharmacare Pharmacy and CareRx.

    Cathy is a passionate runner and has completed 10 marathons all over the globe. She also is hyper-focused and slightly obsessed with gardening according to her husband Stephen.

    Farzin has spent over 30 years in the pharmacy industry, where he has held numerous senior-level roles in business development, operations management, talent acquisition, and customer service. A graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc. Pharm.), Farzin combines his professional education with a people-first philosophy to foster meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional care.

    Outside of work, Farzin dedicates his time to volunteering and supporting others. Whether mentoring newcomers, assisting families in need, or helping individuals navigate new opportunities, Farzin is deeply committed to making a positive difference and empowering others to thrive.

    Married to Shelina and a proud father, Farzin shares a lifelong passion for hockey with his family. Together, they’ve travelled the world for the sport, and his sons have represented Team Canada, winning gold medals at the World Ball Hockey Championships in Czechia and Switzerland.
